Through extensive global collaboration and engagement with hospitality professionals, we recognised the need for high-quality culinary education accessible to students worldwide. Many aspiring chefs and hospitality specialists face financial barriers to training abroad, limiting their opportunities to gain internationally recognised qualifications. To bridge this gap, we developed the Competency Assessment & Recognition International (CARI) training and assessment model, a unique approach that delivers Australian-standard culinary education directly to overseas hospitality colleges. This enables students to study at an international level within their local environment and at an affordable price. Upon completing a CARI-certified program, graduates are equipped with the expertise and credentials to advance their careers and thrive in the global hospitality industry.
